Aunt Lin’s Chili

Ingredients
3 lbs Circle G Farms Ground Beef
1 lb Circle G Farms Hot Sausage
3 medium onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chili powder
2 chopped green peppers

2 (28oz) cans diced tomates
1 (16oz) can kidney beans, drained

Directions
Combine ground beef, sausage, onion, garlic and peppers in Dutch oven. Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain grease. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add beans and simmer additional 20 minutes.
Yields around 5 quarts
