There’s nothing like a big pot of homemade chili to bring everyone to the table, and Aunt Lin’s version has been a family favorite for years. Made with 3 pounds of Circle G Farms’ premium ground beef and a kick of heat from our hot sausage, this chili is rich, comforting, and perfect for feeding a crowd. Packed with peppers, onions, and just the right blend of seasonings, it simmers low and slow to deepen the flavor. Whether you’re serving it at a tailgate, family dinner, or freezing leftovers for later, this recipe yields about 5 quarts of pure comfort.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Circle G Farms Ground Beef
- 1 lb Circle G Farms Hot Sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 cup chili powder
- 2 chopped green peppers
- 2 T. all purpose flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T ground oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 (28oz) cans diced tomatos
- 1 (16oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 16oz tomato sauce
Directions:
- Combine ground beef, sausage, onion, garlic and peppers in Dutch oven.
- Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
- Drain grease. Stir in next 6 ingredients.
- Cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Add beans and simmer additional 20 minutes.
- Yields around 5 quarts
