At Circle G Farms, we’re committed to delivering farm-raised products with care and transparency. Please review our updated shipping and refund policies before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for all available products. Pickup times and locations will be confirmed via email or phone once your order is processed.

1.2 Local Meat Delivery

We now offer local delivery on select meat products within Boyle County and surrounding areas. Delivery availability, fees, and scheduling options will appear at checkout based on your zip code. All meat is packed and handled with care to ensure freshness and quality.

1.3 Shipping for Dry Goods

Stone-milled heirloom grains and other shelf-stable pantry items may be shipped regionally via USPS or UPS. Rates and availability will be shown at checkout. Currently, we do not ship meat or perishable items outside of our local delivery zone.

1.4 Produce

Please note: fresh produce is not available for online purchase or shipping at this time. Produce can be purchased through our farm share programs or at designated pickup locations.

2. Refund & Return Policy

2.1 Meat Products

Due to the perishable nature of meat, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as a missing item or packaging concern—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

2.2 Dry Goods (Grains & Pantry Items)

Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

2.3 Order Issues

If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out right away. We’re committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your farm-to-table experience.
